The paving experts at O’Leary Asphalt, Inc. prepared a customized solution for the apartment complex. We added a new concrete pad, removed and replaced several sidewalk areas and built a grill/BBQ area.

This job also included pipe work. O’Leary Asphalt, Inc. installed a drain swale under the new sidewalk.
The job was done during hours to not disturb residents. The property was left in a safe condition.
