Project Overview
O’Leary Asphalt, Inc. provided a free estimate to the property manager of the Retirement Community building in Mitchellville, MD. The agreed upon solution was to perform asphalt patching, milling and overlay, paving, asphalt swale and pathways throughout the community. In addition, remove and replace concrete curb, and install and reset concrete wheel stops. After asphalt and concrete repairs were made; we painted pavement markings, which included, white parking lines, and hashout area.
This was a large project and required coordination with the property manager and community residents. O’Leary left the community clean and safe.
