O’Leary Asphalt Inc. provided a free estimate to the property manager of Knolls at North Lake in Germantown, MD. The agreed upon solution was to mill, patch, and pave the community’s parking lot followed by striping parking spaces. O’Leary Asphalt also removed and replaced concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters throughout the community.
