Project Overview
O’Leary Asphalt, Inc. provided a free estimate to the property manager of the Golden Triangle building in Greenbelt, MD. The agreed upon solution was to perform asphalt patching in 11 areas, crackfill, and asphalt sealcoat. In addition, remove and replace concrete curb and gutter, remove and replace 3 concrete pads, and remove and replace concrete sidewalk.
O’Leary Asphalt also made a utility adjustment to the water valve stem. After asphalt and concrete repairs were made; we performed pavement markings, which included, white parking lines, yellow arrows and hashout area.
