Project Overview
O’Leary Asphalt, Inc. provided a free estimate to KinderCare in Gaithersburg, MD. Upon approval, the O’Leary crew demolished and removed the areas of the dumpster pad that needed repair. After disposing of the debris, they constructed the new pad using a stone sub-base, rebar, concrete and expansion joint material. A light- broom finish was applied to the concrete surface to ensure traction.
